    How to Obtain a Certificate

An experienced negotiator discusses the challenge for attorneys in learning how to negotiate both effectively and ethically on behalf of their clients. This course is designed to explore the ethical dilemmas in negotiation, particularly those that occur outside the court setting, and to help the attorney to make informed decisions about negotiating tactics. This course is not intended to define what is legal for attorneys to do during a negotiation or to interpret the ABA Model Code of Professional Responsibility or the Model Rules of Professional Conduct.
