President

Steve has 17 years experience in finance and operations with private and public companies from inception through IPO. Before founding Cognistar, formerly Kansas City Technology, Steve was Vice President and CFO of MangoSoft Corporation, a developer of advanced networking software. He has held executive positions at Accent Color Sciences, Inc., CompuDyne Corporation, and Corcap, Inc., where he served on the Board of Directors until 1994. He has been an advisor to several Internet-related companies and currently serves on the Board of Directors of e-Resolve Corporation, a developer of Web-based CRM software. He is also an attorney, admitted to the Connecticut and federal bars. Steve is a graduate of the University of Chicago and University of Connecticut School
of Law.

Keith Allchin
Vice President, Technology and Product Delivery

Keith has more than 25 years of experience in software development. Prior to joining Cognistar, Keith was Vice President of Strategic Development of MangoSoft Corporation, where he built a world-class development team and oversaw initial creation of Mango’s award-winning software. Previously, Keith held executive, management, and technical positions at Banyan Systems and Prime Computer. Keith began his professional career as a college preparatory mathematics teacher in the Daytona Beach (FL) school system and was subsequently a teaching assistant in Philosophy at Boston University. Keith is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where he won a Woodrow Wilson Teaching Fellowship.
