Tim Morgner has over 15 years’ experience in the IT field including Helpdesk management, IT Business Alignment, Business Integration projects, Merger, Acquisition and Divestiture Projects.  His projects range from small single office to large intercontinental organizations.

Tim’s fields of experience include Health Care, Pharmaceutical, Construction, and small business. His in-depth understanding of technology combined with the ability to relate to the client’s needs allows him to provide exacting solutions to the business needs.

Tim’s ability to communicate with people at their level allows him to offer and design solutions that provide tremendous benefit at low cost and minimal time. His attention to detail and expertise allow him to deliver projects on time and in budget.

Tim’s accomplishments include Global Pharmaceutical transformation projects including Novell to Windows Migrations, Messaging Application migrations, Global Pharmaceutical Acquisition IT Discovery projects.

Mike Balter

Mike Balter has over 17 years’ experience in the IT field ranging from Helpdesk management to global WAN architecture. His projects range from small single office to large intercontinental organizations. Mikes fields of experience include Health Care, Pharmaceutical, Construction, and small business. His in-depth understanding of technology combined with the ability to relate to the client’s needs allows him to provide exacting solutions to the business needs.

Mike’s ability to communicate with people at their level allows him to offer and design solutions that provide tremendous benefit at low cost and minimal time. His attention to detail and expertise allow him to deliver projects on time and in budget.

His accomplishments to date include architecting and managing the wan and its core systems in a 11000 person company in 67 countries and rolling out a 175 location network in the US to name a couple. Mike is viewed by his colleagues, team members and clients as a IT systems integration expert.

Mike has attended the University of Maryland where he received a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Psychology. Prior to moving into the IT industry, he has worked in other service oriented industries. These combined gives him a unique ability to be extremely technical with an eye always on the business goals.
