We all have experiences in our work environment that can lead to undue stress, and as research shows, the legal profession causes more stress than any other profession. The presenter of this course address how lawyers can turn the volume down on some of that negative dialogue that goes on in each one of our heads every day, allowing us to be more productive and less stressed. She provides concrete techniques to deal with many stress inducing situations, such as procrastination, interruptions during the work day, and assertive personalities, as well as many others.
