Miriam Benor
Miriam Benor is Senior Manager of Talent Development at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. She is a former litigator in New York, and career counselor at Pepperdine Law School. Among other things, Ms. Benor oversees Pillsbury’s firm-wide mentoring initiatives and is a certified career coach who works with attorneys at the firm. She recently developed programs on confidence and feedback that she has delivered throughout the firm's offices.
Ms. Benor received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2004, and her Bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from Columbia University in 2001.
Kathleen Pearson
Kathleen Pearson is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. She is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall strategic direction of the firm. Ms. Pearson provides strategic leadership specifically in the areas of employee relations, talent management, benefit administration, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.
In addition to overseeing all HR-related functions for the firm, she is a member of Pillsbury’s executive committee, the firm’s leadership body that establishes business and operational priorities, shapes firm direction and sets policies in conjunction with the management Board.
Ms. Pearson received her M.P.S. in Law Firm Management and Strategy from The George Washington University in 2012, her Graduate Certificate in Law Firm Management from The George Washington University in 2010, and her B.M. from The University of Southern Mississippi in 1995.
